Are there duty and custom fees for orders outside the united states?
In most countries, the pricing of our products already includes all duties, taxes, and fees. However, it's important to note that certain countries may have additional fees that apply upon the arrival of the parcel. By placing an order with us, you agree to be responsible for any necessary additional duty, taxes, and fees that may be charged by your country's customs. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the forfeiture of the parcel, and unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund in such circumstances.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it. Can you resend it?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to assist with reshipping in this situation. If your package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we can only issue a replacement if the shipment is returned to us. We recommend contacting the postal service directly to seek further assistance regarding the delivery of your package.
